Energy Growth Australia (a Keyora Group company), ABN 87 703 864 436 ("EGA", "we", "us") operates a lead-generation service that connects homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions with an accredited installer servicing their area. We are not a solar retailer or installer, and we do not design, sell, install or service solar or battery systems.
2. Homeowner enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, you consent to EGA collecting your details and passing them to the partner installer for your area, and to being contacted by EGA and that installer in relation to your enquiry. Any quote, agreement, installation or service is arranged directly between you and the installer. EGA is not a party to that arrangement.
3. No endorsement or warranty regarding installers
While we work with accredited installers, EGA does not guarantee, warrant or accept responsibility for the products, quotes, workmanship, conduct, advice or services provided by any installer. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any installer before entering into an agreement with them.
4. Installer partners
Installer partnerships, including territory, fees and service levels, are governed by a separate agreement between EGA and the installer. These website Terms do not form that agreement.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree that the information you provide to us is true, accurate and current, and that you are authorised to provide it.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to EGA and may not be copied or used without our permission.
