Energy Growth Australia is an Australian platform that connects property owners with vetted local solar, battery and air conditioning specialists.

Does this cost me anything?

No. The service is free for property owners. EGA is paid by the specialist partnered with us for your area, not by you, and not per enquiry. It doesn't change the price you're given.

How many companies will call me?

One. We appoint a single verified provider per service area and your enquiry goes only to them. We don't sell your details to a panel of installers and we don't resell them later as "aged leads".

Does EGA install anything?

No. EGA does not install anything. We connect your enquiry with an independent local specialist servicing your area.

Is Energy Growth Australia a government organisation?

No. Energy Growth Australia is an independent Australian business and is not affiliated with or operated by the Australian Government.

What does "verified" mean?

Providers must satisfy Energy Growth Australia's internal eligibility requirements before joining the EGA network. That covers an active Australian business, accredited installers and current electrical licensing, appropriate insurance, and a reputation check. It's our own quality-control process, not a government accreditation.

How quickly will I hear from someone?

Usually the same business day. Our partner providers agree to attempt contact quickly, while you still remember filling in the form. If a full business day passes with no contact, email us and we'll follow it up.

Do I have to purchase anything?

No. Submitting an enquiry doesn't require you to proceed with an installation.

Are rebates available?

Government solar and battery programs may be available depending on current rules and eligibility. Support levels change over time and vary with system size, so we don't publish a fixed figure. Your specialist can discuss what applies to your proposed system.

Does EGA guarantee savings?

No. Energy usage, system performance, pricing and potential savings vary between properties and systems. Anyone promising you a guaranteed saving before looking at your property is guessing.
